ANXIETY DISORDERS ARE THE MOST COMMON MENTAL ILLNESS IN OUR WORLD, AFFECTING ADULTS AGE 18 AND OLDER, OR 18.1% OF THE POPULATION EVERY YEAR. ANXIETY DISORDERS ARE NOT JUST MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
